Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of ClearMeet, a macOS application operated by Graure Elena Carmen. By using ClearMeet, you agree to these Terms.

What ClearMeet provides

ClearMeet helps you open Zoom meetings, connect your Zoom account, create and schedule meetings, view scheduled meetings, record locally and organize local notes. Zoom is a third-party service and is governed by its own terms and policies.

Your responsibilities

You must use ClearMeet lawfully, keep your device and Zoom account secure, and obtain all notices and consents required before recording a meeting. You may not misuse Zoom APIs, interfere with the service, or use ClearMeet to violate another person’s rights.

Recording consent

Laws and organizational policies may require consent from every participant before recording audio, video or screens. ClearMeet does not determine whether you have obtained valid consent. You are responsible for displaying or providing any required notice and securing consent before recording.

Availability and changes

Features may depend on macOS, the Zoom app, Zoom APIs, account permissions and network availability. ClearMeet may be updated, changed or discontinued to improve reliability, security or compliance.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, ClearMeet is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Graure Elena Carmen is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of ClearMeet or third-party services. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using ClearMeet at any time. Disconnect Zoom, revoke ClearMeet in Zoom’s app management page and remove local ClearMeet data if you want to end use completely.
